BJP pleads for imposition of property tax in state

ITANAGAR, Mar 27: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today urged the state Govt to impose minimum property tax and service tax in order to boost state coffer.
Criticizing the state Budget -
Claiming that this year’s budget is nothing but reflection of budget proposals of the past three consecutive years, the BJP leader said apart from budget proposal to give priority on rubber plantation in the state, all other proposals are the photo copies of last budget. State Govt had proposed to launch "Chief Minister Talent Award Scheme" for the meritorious students, Chief Minister Border Areas Housing Schemes and promote tea and tourism sectors besides preservation of animals in order areas in last year’s budget but all such proposals remained in papers only. Why the state Govt did not find any meritorious student under its talent scheme during the last fiscal year, BJP questioned. BJP further said the same ruling Govt had proposed to install CCTV in all check gates of the state to check revenue leakage, but the proposal is yet to be implemented properly in all the districts. Alleging nexus between Govt agencies and traders, the BJP said Govt must formulate proper policy to thwart revenue leakage.
Demanding the state Govt to exploit abundant natural resource of the state in a planned manner, Gao said Arunachal is projected as poor state due to lack of proper policy by the ruling Govt.
Pointing out towards Rs 218.05 crore deficit budget, the BJP wondered how could the state Govt utilize the last year’s budget amount when the Govt hardly performed for three and half months during last fiscal due to internal ruling party conflict. The Party further alleged that the ruling state Govt has been misleading the Planning Commission by showing higher earning of revenue in order to receive higher plan allocation from the Centre.
Coming down heavily on 3rd party monitoring agency like NABARD and NEDFi to check implementation of the SPA, NCA, SCA schemes, Gao alleged that the 3rd party monitoring measurably failed to monitor schemes in the state. The people of the state would have witnessed rapid development if the implementation of schemes were properly monitored, he added. Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister for his generosity, RBI Deputy Governor H K Khan informed that RBI had always kept the welfare of Arunachal Pradesh on its priority while formulating any special policy or scheme for the North East.
To the Chief Minister’s request for employment of local youths in banking institutions, he said that in the ongoing recruitment to various clerical posts in government banks hundred posts have been kept dedicatedly for Arunachal Pradesh. He expressed the hope that in the process several youths from the state would be employed in various banks functioning in the state as well outside the state.

He, however, urged the Government to enact a legislation to prohibit entry of such institutions at the first place besides making a law to control them.

Joining them in the celebration was Lower Subansiri deputy commissioner Nila Mohanan and Galo Welfare Society President Jarjum Ete.
In their addresses, both Mohanan and Ete urged the youths to preserve the rich tribal tradition of the state and carry it forward to future.

Naharlagun, Mar 27: Thumping of desks by the members in acceptance marked the passing
of the Rs.218.05 Crore Deficit budget of 2012-
The budget which faced some reservations from members of both opposition and ruling party members finally got the approval after the Chief Minister Nabam Tuki and Finance Minister Chowna Mein clarified on the concerns expressed by the members.
Allaying the apprehension expressed by TMC member Laeta Umbray on huge loss of revenue through illegal mining and extraction of coal due to lack of appropriate policy, Tuki informed that the coal mining in Kharsang Coal Field was awarded to a firm of national repute through tender during April 2007.
Actions have been initiated by issuing instructions to the officers on the basis of the report and findings of the committee as constituted on illegal extraction, transportation and mining of coal in the state. Hydropower being the only area where revenue and employment can be generated, the state government has taken it as one of the top priority areas, he said.
Law and order is one of the top priorities of the government, and every effort is being made to ensure peace in the state. Definitely some of our youths have been misguided by some people with vested interest. The new initiatives of the government will benefit them and they will be brought to the mainstream, he added.
On allegation of Congress workers disrupting the implementation of Hydro Power projects in the state, the CM countered it to be an allegation on the party and misleading the house. If any Congress worker is involved, it is on their individual capacity but not as a party worker. If anyone is found to be using the party name in obstructing the developmental works strict disciplinary action will be taken, he assured.
Finance Minister Chowna Mein informed the House that the Budget has been prepared after threadbare discussions with various Central Ministers including e Minister and Rubber Board of India. The new initiatives of Tea and Rubber plantation have been given priority on the suggestions of Dr. Manmohan Singh, who assured of all support to the state. Clarifying some of the doubts of the members he assured to incorporate various suggestions after consultations with the experts and Department officials. The suggestions included 1% cess on health, education, sports and labour.

very careful in leakage of govt. revenue. BJP MLA Tamiyo Taga said that budget has
missed out some important departments like Land Management, Rural Development, Urban

It would not be inappropriate to impose land revenue on the government lands of towns.

With the rich Hydropower and Tourism potentials the state is poised to be the richest state in Asia, but the state Govt. needs to understand this and more emphasis should be given in these sectors with good policy guidelines. It is a shame on our part that we are not able to produce food grains even for our own sustenance. Government should come up with viable policy on agriculture and allied sector, he demanded.
TMC MLA, Laeta Umbray, appreciating that atleast the budget did not put extra burden on the common people however suggested that we should learn to pay tax then only we will be able know the value of money and able to generate revenue. The money borrowed from NABARD has been a great burden for the people as it has been utilized in unproductive projects and cautioned to government to be very careful in future in spending the borrowed money, he said.
Going by the very high Per Capita Income (highest in the country) we should be the richest state, but the fact is just opposite . As per the BPL list of India we are poorest of the poor. The High Per Capita income rate is due to the very small population and most of our people are employed with high salaries, he said.
Padi Richo, appreciating the budget termed it as a unique and comprehensive budget, and suggested for levying 1% cess on education, health and education in addition to the existing labour cess.
Bamang Felix while participating in the discussion said that there are reports of earmarking and paying 15% of the scheme funds to “upper walas and niche upperwalas” in Sangram circle by the engineers to get more fund from the Government. He wanted to know whether it is a fact in other parts of the state and who are these upper walas and niche upperwallas.
He appreciated the intention of the government to upgrade the state hospital to 325 bedded Medical college and hospital but expressed his dismay over the poor health delivery system of the backward and far flung areas of the state.

Chief Minister Tuki further informed that he has the NEEPCO chief managing director’s assurance to regularize the jobs of the 99 local employees working under Kameng and Pare hydroelectric projects in the next few months.
Tuki was responding to queries from MLA Kumsi Sidisow on regularization of contract employees in the two projects. He quoted the NEEPCO authority as saying that the corporation was not in a position to initiate recruitment to the remaining Group C and D posts since the union power ministry has put a temporary ban on recruitment. However, the GoI has partially allowed recruitment of few posts in Kameng and Pare projects, Tuki quoted, adding that the process would be started shortly through local employment exchanges of Arunachal Pradesh, following all formalities as per rules of the corporation and the GoI guidelines.

There was a time when many of us sympathised with the cause of the Naga freedom movement. Unwittingly, we even gave space to the factions of NSCN to operate in our state. Though these organisations continue to operate in our state, the time has come for us to actually understand their presence today.
Though the world and govt of India continues to take them seriously, one wonders why we would entertain a bunch of confused people who do not have an ideology whatsoever.
Yours truly might have to eat her words, but the fact remains that Independent Greater Nagalim is a lost cause. Today it has been reduced as a fiefdom of few.
But the sad fact is that much importance is attached to these organisations, which have effectively lost their standing because of their own doing, by people in power.
The politics is such that they survive and thrive because of few people among us. It’s a complex business of power, violence and money. With such deadly combinations, it is unlikely, there would be any endings. To ensure power, the flow of violence and money would continue for a very long time and we don’t have dearth of takers of such games.
No matter what or how we wish for, NSCN (IM) and NSCN (K) remains active in Tirap and Changlang and newly created Longding, the homes of Other Naga tribes. And intriguingly, these organisations literally run a parallel government in these three districts. Even though Tirap and Changlang have been effectively declared as insurgency affected areas. India continues to entertain the two factions. While we watch the drama enacted by the governments of Arunachal and India, people in these three districts are not so lucky. Caught between the intimidating presence of ultras and Army, citizens live in constant fear.
Respective state government have been silent. Apart from few sweeping statements, none of the Chief Ministers have been strong enough to take any concentre step to reassure the citizens. One would want to know from the state government how many Arunachal Pradesh Police personnel are posted in these districts and what policies have been adopted to rehabilitate the young people who have given up arms. We need not go any further.
During a recent visit to these districts, yours truly met up with few cadres of both factions of NSCN who agreed to speak. Though they were disappointed that the ‘reporter’ was not carrying a video camera, none the less they agreed to talk. Most of them spoke passionately about a Naga homeland. But what stood out were issues of livelihood and security. More than the freedom, these young people spoke about insecurities and lack of opportunities. With limited and unproductive education, their options are easy; join security agencies in India or get absorbed in either factions of NSCN.
While yours truly teased them about the lost cause, their fake Nagamese accent and guns, in return they incessantly teased about the reporter who had no camera, but what was saddening was the fact that while I go back to the comfort of an office and family, their options were few.
We parted ways but not before one of the boys told me the difference between the IM and the K. Apparently the former is called Mama (Uncle) and later Kokai (Brother)! Sadly, both of them have a stake to claim.
Forum appeals DC to cancel public hearing on dam

“Apprehensions of curtailing the rights over the land, river and forest, bestowed
upon the Tribal populace by the Constitution of India and under the Scheduled Tribes
and other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of a Forest Rights Act, 2006),
seem not to be unfounded. There seems to be gross negligence of duties by the responsible
authorities of the government to protect the rights of the people of Arunachal Pradesh,
deliberately, favouring the company proposing to construct the Dam over mighty Siang
River,” the memorandum submitted to the deputy commissioner said while opposing construction
mega dam over Siang river. “Leaving aside the Lower Siang Hydropower Project, another
34 dams are also being proposed in the numerous tributaries of Siang River in the
Upper reaches of Siang river. History bears the testimony that the people of Siang
Valley have been opposing damming of Siang river since the beginning of the proposal
way back in the year 1976. And till date, the people of Siang Valley are opposing
the dam project over the mighty river Siang. Opposition to the dam on Siang River

NHRC directs Arunachal Govt. to compensate victim of police brutality
ITANAGAR, Mar 27: In a case of police brutality, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on March 15, 2012 directed the State government of Arunachal Pradesh to pay a compensation of Rs. 75,000 to a victim who was tortured by the India Reserve Battalion (IRBn) jawans in September 2010.

In response to the show cause notice, Joint Secretary (Home), Government of Arunachal Pradesh vide his letter dated 12.7.2011 informed the Commission that a magisterial inquiry into the incident has been ordered and the police investigation is also in progress and, hence, monetary relief may not be recommended by the Commission.
Taking a tough stand, the NHRC rejected the contention of the state government. The NHRC observed that “As to the investigation by the police, the Commission is not bound to wait for its completion, as a criminal trial would only decide on the criminality aspect of the case. The material before the Commission is sufficient to hold, prima facie, that the IRBn Personnel violated the human rights of the victim by assaulting him in full public view and causing him grievous injuries. Consequently, the State cannot escape its liability to compensate the victim.”
Accordingly, the NHRC recommended the state government of Arunachal Pradesh, through its Chief Secretary, to pay a compensation of Rs. 75,000 to Khya Sonam Tara and submit compliance report along with proof of payment within six weeks.
Orgs express concern at intimidation of CE, seek Govt action
ITANAGAR, Mar 27: In a shocking incident, some unidentified persons today killed a dog in front of the house of the Hydro power Chief Engineer Lipe Ete and threw the body inside the premises of his private residence. This comes after the family of the engineer was put through a harrowing time recently because of tender process initiated by the power department.
On March 19, the Engineer’s house was reportedly trespassed by around 50 armed people between 9 am to 4 pm and he was put through a harrowing time in his own house by the uninvited visitors, followed by physical assault on his spouse.
Meanwhile, Galo Welfare Society (GWS) and the Galo Students Union (GSU) have taken strong exception to these happenings.
“The City SP himself had to come with reinforced personnel from CRPF to disperse such illegal and unauthorized interlopers and trespassers from the house of Er Ete. And despite that “not one single person has been arrested so far” said a joint release.

The organizations also resolved that they will stand by the decision of any investigating agency assigned to enquire into the case, if Er Ete is found guilty of any misconduct or official misdemeanor in this particular case.
The Clan members of Er Lipe Ete have also come from his hometown to seek justice from the State Government for their brother who has been unnecessarily victimized, defamed, tortured and harassed by unscrupulous persons under the garb of entrepreneurs, informed a release.
Meanwhile, Indian Engineers Federation (INDEF) today condemned the reported assault on Chief Engineer Hydro Power by some miscreants on 19 March last. In a release, the federation urged the state government to take the matter seriously and bring the culprits to book.
Meanwhile Kugi Ao Welfare Society also strongly condemned the incident and appealed to the government to take stern actions against the defaulters so that such act is not repeated. Expressing concern over the safety of the engineer’s family, the society felt that official matter should be not be brought to home.
Officials inspects ongoing schemes at Hunli and Desali

Dirchi inspected ongoing schemes under BADP of the year 2011-
The team visited most of the ongoing schemes in Hunli and its peripheral villages like Apanli, Chulugu, Atingo, Brinli, New Elope etc. They also inspected and reviewed the progress of works implemented under BADP at remote Desali headquarters.
It was informed that executing agencies and public were facing lots of hurdles due to difficult topography, total lack of communication, high cost of carrying materials etc. which, according to them, are posing as big obstacle in timely implementation of work in the area.
Meanwhile DPO expressed the hope that all the ongoing works under BADP would be completed before the stipulated time period. He urged the heads of executing agencies, including DRDA, Roing and BDO, Hunli to ascertain quality work. He also requested the PRI members to cooperate with the executing agencies for successful implementation of all centrally sponsored schemes.

PASIGHAT, Mar 27: ‘Drive away the malaria, the killer disease from the society,’ said East Siang Deputy Commissioner Talem Tapok.
“Earlier people used to migrate from one place to another to escape the disease because of ignorance and superstitions. But now medical science is so developed that the disease can easily be diagnosed and treated, he said while attending the Intensified Malaria Control Project programme by Voluntary Health Association of India in collaboration with district Vector Borne Disease Control Program (DVBDCP) at Mirem village.
Tapok appreciated the response given by the villagers, especially the women, whose cooperation will help in controlling the disease more effectively.
He appealed to the villagers to adopt family planning for small and happy family. He urged the GBs to maintain the sanctity of Kebang system which is unique in nature where one can get quick justice. They (GBs) should also know their power and functions and deliver justice impartially, he said.
He also informed that the government is contemplating to bring out a policy where all health related planning will be managed from the grassroots level.
Answering to few demands of the villagers, the DC assured to appoint a GB against vacant post, construct a separate bathing place for women in the village, dismantling of near collapsed school auditorium, construction of Iron Gate, security fencing and vehicle parking shed in the school.

Yak Research Centre organizes training for Brokpas, dairy farmers
ITANAGAR, Mar 27: The National Research Centre on Yak (NRC-
The training covered disease management of high altitude animals, awareness about zoonotic diseases, common parasitic diseases, scientific dairy farming, reproductive health management in Yak, scientific husbandry practices for high altitude animals, first aid and health care for animal and animal handlers during Yak migration.
About 110 Brokpas and 50 dairy farmers from different villages participated in the training.
West Kameng Deputy Commissioner Rinchin Tashi, while attending the valedictory function of one of such training programme on March 25 appreciated the efforts made by NRC on Yak for the economic upliftment of the Brokpas (Yak herdsman). He also distributed medicines, kits and mineral mixture among the Brokpas. He said that such type of training programme will definitely benefit the Brokpas for adoption of scientific technology developed by the institute. He also visited the laboratories of the institute and field.
The scientists of different disciplines of the institute besides delivering informative talks demonstrated the technology in the field. About 102 students from different schools of Dirang participated in the essay competition on Avian Influenza.

Livestock farming for sustainable rural development
ITANAGAR, Mar 27: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Tirap has organized a six days training programme on “Livestock Farming for Sustainable Rural Development” for the farmers of the district beginning from March 22 at KVK campus, Deomali.
The programme was sponsored by Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Tirap district.
Ten livestock farmers Natun Kheti, Sipini, Otongkhua, Kheti, Wasathong and Vivek Nagar villages participated in the training programme.
Topics on different aspects of livestock farming small scale goatary, broiler chicken, management of backyard chicken, backyard broiler rabbit and scientific pig farming were imparted to the trainees during the training programme.
Short documentaries related to livestock farming were also screened on the occasion.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Jitu Moni Das, SMS (AS) and Dr. (Mrs.) Parimita Dutta, Programme Assistant (AS) of KVK, Tirap.

and Childhood Illness (F-
The training is an attempt of Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to empower the health personnel with skills to manage neonatal and childhood illness at community level. It will help health workers to build capacities to handle most common childhood illness responsible for over 70 per cent child mortality under the age of 5 years. The trainees consist of medical officers and GNMs. Dr.R Mena, Pediatrician and Dr.O Padung are the master trainer, according to an official release.
Prior to this training community level workers like Anganwadi and ANMs were trained on IMNCI. which concluded on March 24.
Parl Secy inspects ongoing projects

He also visited the Basarnallah School campus and enquired about various problems faced by the school authorities and promised to sort out the problems amicably. He also visited the proposed site for the construction of a motorable bridge behind the school campus which will in future connect Rupung and Mebiaso villages with Itanagar. He urged the villagers to be generous in donating land for such developmental works which would benefit them immensely.
Later in the day he inspected the newly constructed Jotte to Tapioso Road being implemented under NLCPR by the PWD. He was visibly happy with the progress of the work and visited Tapioso village.
On being asked, the EE PWD informed Rebia that the last leg of about 2 km formation cutting towards Tapioso would be completed within a period of 10 days thereby opening vehicular traffic to this remote village.
Rebia was accompanied by Papum Pare deputy commissioner Pige Ligu, departmental engineers and officers, ZPM and a team of APPDSU.

ITANAGAR, Mar 27: Mopin badminton competition organized by Mopin Festival Celebration Committee, Seppa began at Officers Club, Seppa yesterday day.
Four matches were played on the inaugural day in which the pairs of Rajo Gyadi and RB Shah, Taring Monpak and Guruk Pordung, Takar Yangda and Tafang Dolo and Likha Togu and Ram Tajo defeated their respective opponents to reach the second round.
Altogether, 22 teams are taking part in the tournament, most of whom are veterans.

ITANAGAR, Mar 27: All Arunachal Pradesh Youth Forum (AAPYF) today demanded appointment of AGMUT cadre officer as director of school education in place of present incumbent.
Producing voluminous documents accusing involvement of present DSE in mismanagement of over Rs 87 lack during his tenure as then DDPI, Pasighat in 1995, the Forum said instead of ‘censured’ the present DSE should be suspended until the total ‘missing amount’ is recovered.
The Forum also accused the DSE of involving in illegal appointment in group ‘C’ and D category posts.

CHANGLANG, Mar 27: 4 Assam Rifles under its civic action programme distributed various sports items to Khimyong, Rangran and Manmao of Changlang district.

ITANAGAR, Mar 27: More than 34 Self Help Groups (SHGs) and members of Lower Jhumi Farmers Club under the banner of Rural Development and Heritage Society (RDHS), Sangram put up exhibition stalls on agriculture, sericulture and handicraft products besides traditional ornaments during the RBI’s financial outreach programme held at Kimin yesterday.
RBI Deputy Governor H R Khan and other officers from various financial institutes visited the stalls and interacted with RDHS representatives, farmers and enlightened them about KCC loan and various schemes meant for the benefit of farmers. TAWANG, Mar 27: Tawang Deputy Commissioner Kemo Lollen attended Gorsam Kora festival and visited Lumpo village, Army post and interacted with Gaon Bura, Panchayat leader and Army officers and took stock of various problems of the area during his two day visit to Zemithang on March 22 and 23.
He also visited Surwashamba and Kanzamani ITBP and interacted with jawans and inspected the post.
Taking serious note of the dilapidated foot track to Kenzamani, dilapidated condition of various log bridges along the Nyamjang Chu river enroute Kanzamani during his visit to the administrative circle, the DC held a meeting with 736 BRTF Commandant and OC ITBP TAC, Tawang yesterday and asked the BRTF to replace the log bridges immediately.
It was also decided that the administration in collaboration with ITBP would supervise all the foot track proposals under BADP along these sector. The ITBP was also asked to be in constant touch with the administration for better management of the border.

Birth registration and children
Birth certificate is the first legal document a child owns that gives him an identity of being an official member of a society but many children lack this basic right. Unfortunately, over 51 million children worldwide go unregistered every year living a life with no legal rights. Without access to basic services like health and education, they are vulnerable to informal work, abuse, trafficking, child labour, illegal detention and many other ways of exploitation.
In 2000, with approximately 22.5 million unregistered children, South Asia had the maximum number of unregistered children that makes for 40 per cent of total unregistered births in the world.
Recognising unregistered births as a global problem and taking forward their initiative to give every child a birthday, the Plan International has started a petition signing campaign to the United Nations. The petition seeks support from the UN to make birth registration a priority by partnering with the governments and NGOs from across the world. The UN can assist the governments to provide birth certificate to all the children. The Plan has also requested the UN to highlight birth registration in its critical policies.
Despite the fact that India is a signatory to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, 1989, the country has the largest number of unregistered children globally. It remains to be seen if the government will act upon providing basic right and identity to these little citizens.
Conflicting dates for entrance exams

This letter is to bring into focus the current prevalent mismanagement & lack of broader outlook in the education system of our state. This year the exam date for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) for degree courses has been fixed for 2nd June 2012 & for your kind information the entrance exam date of AIIMS, the most prestigious medical institute of India has been scheduled for 1st June 2012 & nearest exam centre for this exam is Guwhati (Assam). It is worth mentioning here that the same situation aroused last year also when our students were to attend JEE on 31st May & AIIMS entrance exam on 1st June.
Now, I would really like to question the bigger perspective of the concerned authority who are responsible for framing such exam schedules of the state who makes it very difficult for those talented & ambitious students who want to try beyond the state level exams.
So,through your esteemed daily I would like to seek the cooperation & support of the concerned parents, students & the different student organisations to approach the directorate of higher & technical education, Govt.of Arunachal Pradesh to reschedule the JEE date & at the same time it is my humble request to the Director, DH&TE to kindly reschedule the same & to ensure that in future also such acts which retards & discourages the growing potential of our talented Arunachalee students who want to go for other competitive national entrance exams like AIIMS, AFMC,IITs etc do not get repeated. So that it will encourage & help us in every possible ways to take such exams conveniently.

I would like to appeal the Minister of Education and concern authorities to select 86 candidates during the interview for PGT (ST) scheduled to be held from 9th April 2012.
According to the official source 100 posts for PGT (ST) were approved by the cabinet
in August 2010 during the reign of Late Dorjee Khandu. Out of 100 posts, 13 have
been already appointed by the Department from kept panel list (Geography-
They also appointed more than 100 as AT/JT from wait list last year against Advertisement No. ED.2/CC/397?2007 dtd 15 July 2008.
So, I strongly appeal to the department of education not to use the same trick in teachers’ interview this time or the next.
It is also a very sad moment for Geography & Commerce trained candidates that their batch/friends are getting chance to face the interview but they have not got any chance since last 5 years.
Lastly, I on behalf of depressed B.Ed/DIET candidates hope that the department will give us chance to face interview very soon.

We, the Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe Students’ Union (APSTSU), the federal unit of All India Scheduled Tribe Student Action Forum strongly condemn the way the office of State Project Director, Sarva Shiksa Abhiyan (SSA) Rajya Mission, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, is plotting Short Tender for Supply of School Uniforms in the state which was published in the local daily on March 24. We came to know that the department is plotting tender for supply of 282479 sets of school uniforms with total amount of Rs.11,29,39,000 Crores (Rupees eleven crores twenty nine lakhs thirty nine thousand) with earnest money of Rs. 3 Crores which is completely illegal and out of established procedure under the standard norms. Moreover, the tender notice should have been published in at least three local media and one national media, but the tender notice was published only in one local media, which also shows the intention of officials.
The Tender Forms are available at the cost of Rs. 10,000 in the said office. As per the Government norms under SSA, the rate of Earnest Money should not be more than 2 % of total tendered amount/cost. As such, the original and true Earnest Money against the amount should not be more than Rs. 27,00,000 (Rupees twenty eight lakhs) and as such, it is apparently clears that the authority had fixed such huge sky high Earnest Money with sole motive to disqualify the competent local firms/contractors.
It is worth informing that due to such practices last year, our poor students were victimized, as they were provided bad quality and wrong uniforms by M/s Vandana Enterprise, New Delhi (boys uniforms) and M/s Vardhman Garments, New Delhi (Girls uniforms). The supplied below standard uniforms are now gathering dust in all the schools.
